If you are an owner operator and want the benefit of a dedicated customer assignment, we have opportunities for you. As an independent contractor, you remain in control of your business but can take advantage of our customer relationships. Contracts are available for regional routes or long-haul flatbed and van accounts.
Available Owner-Operator Positions
While many trucking companies don’t allow owner-operators on dedicated customer accounts, Blackhawk Transport has specific contracts that allow owner-operators. Owners can maintain their independent contractor status and maximize their profit, efficiency, and flexibility while functioning as a part of the Blackhawk Transport family.
Blackhawk Transport owner operators benefit from our culture, family values and high standards. However, owner operators are independent contractors and not employees of Blackhawk Transport, so they are not eligible for the employee benefit package.
